Personality: although he usually transmits optimism to others, it's difficult rely on himself to him. He has a lot of imagination, and often you can find him fantasizing about other worlds and stories. However, he is also very aware of the reality that surrounds him. He is a person full of hope, and feels very close to his family. His friends are an important part of his life. Although he is an adult, he likes thinking that he hasn't lost his inner child, and the fact that his mate David understands him, is very important to him.
History: Dany became a chosen one in 2001, and through the years, he has battled many forces of evil from the Digital World in order to protect both worlds. But he and Simpamon, his partner, weren't alone, they were alongside lots of different tamers and chosen ones that at some point participated in the war against evil. Currently, most of his relatives and friends are tamers too.
Dany knew about a great tournament two years ago, so, when he and some of his friends were advised by their mentor, Evaluamon, about a new tournament in Digi-Quartz, they wanted to join immediatly to have new adventures and make new friends.
Trivial:
-Dany studies History of Art at University of Málaga.
-He is openly gay but not effeminate.

UPDATED: since August 2013, is single, so he focused in study and in DXT2 until he didn't win round 3. Now Dany and Simpamon stand as spectators in DXT2 to help and continue making friends.

Name origin: Spanish. "Simpático" means friendly, nice, pleasant.
Level: Rookie

Type: Rare Animal Digimon
Family: Virus Busters
Attacks:
*Nice Beam: he shoots a multicolored beam from his mouth to his target.
*Mental Melody: he generates a strange colored light from their antennas that floats toward the opponent's head, producing a melody that disturbs and can only be heard by that opponent.
*Back Hit: he does a somersault jump, hitting the opponent with his back.
*Demolishing Tail: a stronger version of "Back Hit". The ball of the end of its tail is enlarged to crush and demolish the target.
Personality: Simpamon is a kind, nice, cool and really optimistic digimon. He is as hopeful as Dany, but Simpamon is braver. He is very loyal too, not only with Dany, but with all his other friends and army/collection members.
Trivial: although he is originally a quadruped digimon, in recent years he has learned to walk on two legs, gaining agility in their movements. Although on all fours can run faster.

*Tremendous Beam: he fires a powerful energy beam from his mouth.
*Emerald Disk: with his halberd horizontally, he rotates at high speed on himself, creating a disk that cuts the opponent.
*Emerald Halberd: he attacks using his halberd.
Personality: when Simpamon becomes into his Knight Mode, he becomes a bit boaster too, but not so much.
Trivial: Simpamon Knight Mode has the runic symbol of "Speed", so he is pretty fast.
